Can I hit a watermelon at 1 mile, with my 375 Cheytac, in 26 mph wind??

Per viewer request, shoot a watermelon at a mile! Well, Kansas weather in the springtime can be unpredictable and for my Tuesdays at the range, that's just what I got.  Seize the day though! Im going for it.  26 mph wind from 11:00 makes it a real challenge.  Will the watermelon survive! What about the flak jacket?  How will it hold up to the Cutting Edge Lazer at a mile?
