Every victim and survivor has a different story, this one is mine. No names are dropped in the making of this video. I am sharing my story to help survivors, victims and people who want to help a friend or family going through a similar experience. This video shares life during and after childhood sexual abuse. Life circumstances can go south or north. Please remember that there is help out there and to surround yourself with positive people who lift you up, not break you down. It takes time to recover. Patience is the key. Your life is valuable and you're put on this Earth for a special reason. Explore options and seek help for someone you may know that suffers from anxiety, depression and/or PTSD.
