Show me anything great in the world today and I’ll show you something being run by a leader!
I don’t care if you’re leading a business, a church , a team or a family. Great leaders sell the DREAM and have an EVANGELIST mentality.
You must be able to SELL a FUTURE , VISION and DREAM so BIG, that the dreams of everyone in your stewardship can see their dreams fitting inside the big one you’re selling!
Just like a preacher in a church, to become a GREAT LEADER and build a Movement, you must learn how to build a religious, cult-like following!
(Yes , this is a good thing ) think STARBUCKS or APPLE! They have more than simply customers or clients, they have followers.. it’s almost like a religion for some people (and NO I’m not equating the power of a company to the power or Importance of any particular religion, it is an analogy )
Whenever you see a movement that has a die-hard following, I guarantee you that MOVEMENT is lead by a leader who is a crusader for their CAUSE! They LIVE, BREATHE and BELIEVE in the dream!
