Most efficient ceiling fan regulator || Humming free || Less heat

Hello friends, this is an AC ceiling fan regulator circuit. It can be used to dim an AC bulb too. This the most efficient fan regulator because the output of this circuit is pure sign-wave, so there is no humming noise even in the lowest speed which is common with a triac regulator. With triac regulator the fan heats up very quickly but here it's not.
