Who was the best US Airline in 2020? Transcon Challenge Wrap-up results show!

I set out late in 2020 to determine which airline was providing the best overall experience in the air in the United States on their Transcontinental routes. Thus the 2020 Trancon Challenge was born! I pit Delta One against United Polaris and American Airlines Flagship First against JetBlue Mint. Only one can win, so let’s find out!
