Tizip Delamination Problem. We were refused in warranty replacement!!!

Here is the delamination that occurred to perfectly normal looking Tizip zipper on the dry suit. The problem is barely visible, but the suit is starting to leak as hell.

The TIZIP serial number is on the plastic puller, which was broken and lost sometime before.
So we were refused in warranty replacement by TIZIP
