In this video I share what I eat in a day while keeping it high fiber, low calorie density, vegan for weight loss and overall health. Did you know that having lots of fiber on a daily basis aids in digestion, weight loss, heart health, and cancer prevention? It can even increase your lifespan. Meat and dairy products contain no fiber—it’s found only in plant foods. Here are a few recipes to get more fiber in. I share some really delicious vegan recipes including a homemade almond milk, a high fiber blueberry smoothie, an easy Indian Dal, and a caramel date sauce sure to quench a sweet craving.
