How To Mix Vocals | Layering Doubling and Pitching Up Down Effects | Ableton Lessons

In my opinion, layering vocal takes sounds better than using a doubler effect most of the time, but there are some cases where a doubler comes in handy to add texture to a vocal. Pitch shifting up and down vocals sounds good to add a ‘monster’ or ‘demon’ sounding vocal layers under your main vocal layers.
