Full Expanded Jurisdiction:
Changed the default config to use modern vehicles. Added a 2015 variation for the GTA SP time period. Some older/dated cars are now only in the 2008 config.

   Added FEJ version that will use some of the civ vehicles from FEJ (Esperanto, Merit, Riata, etc.). The base version is still available
   Updated cars list, removed a lot of classic high-end cars, and added more to the mid

Expanded Department Liveries Installation:
1. Install the greskfejinstaller.oiv with OpenIV
2. Copy all of the .xml files from the AlternateConfigs\FullExpandedJurisdiction folder into the top level LosSantosRED folder and restart the mod. You can leave the vanilla configs, alternate configs will be loaded first (if they exist)

Full Modern Traffic.:
Adds DLC vehicles to the traffic by modifying the popgroups.ymt file. Adds most normal vehicles to the corresponding traffic. Works with MP or SP map (traffic groups are identical). Install the greskfullmoderntraffic_base.oiv file if you do not use FEJ and the greskfullmoderntraffic_fej.oiv otherwise. Incompatible with Los Santos 2008 config.
