This Gluten Free Chicken Spinach
This Gluten Free Chicken Spinach and Cheese Braid came out really good. I liked the ease of the filling and you change the cheese and herbs out to your favorite.
I made the recipe with Sweet Loren’s Gluten Free Puff Pastry that recently came out on the store shelves. I had a GREAT experience with the product. It was easy to work with and the end result of the recipe was perfect. The taste of the pastry itself is good and I really think it will work well in multiple recipes.

1 Tbs. Olive Oil
1 Large Bell Pepper, Any Color Chopped (About 1 Cup)
1 Medium Onion, Chopped (About 1/2 Cup)
1 Package (10 -12 Ounces) Frozen Chopped Frozen Spinach, Thawed And Well Drained
1 Clove Garlic, Minced
½ tsp Salt
¼ tsp Ground Black Pepper
2 Cups Chopped Cooked Chicken
1 Cup Shredded Cheese, Use Your Favorite (About 4 Ounces)
⅓ Cup Mayonnaise
2 Tbs. Chopped Fresh Dill or Basil Leaves
2 Tbs. Gluten Free Flour of Choice
1 8.5 Package of Sweet Loren Puff Pastry
