Farming poppies for heroin in Afghanistan - vpro Metropolis 2009

In Afghanistan it's almost poppy season, the basis of heroin production. Correspondent Emal went deep into Taliban-controlled territory and speaks an old farmer who stopped growing poppies because of his consciousness. But he's already considering going back to poppies because it simply pays much better.
