Stakeholders play a pivotal role in a project. They are interested in and affected by the project’s completion and success. You’ll see that each person involved has a set role and set responsibilities to help bring the project to ‘landing’ including: project sponsors, customers, team members, and of course you, the project manager. Complete a stakeholder analysis, and see how charts are used to communicate within the team. Then, learn how to use a RACI chart to create and track team member accountability.
