Double D knows something isn't right and finds out that Eddy artificially creates summer conditions in the cul-de-sac to fool everyone. Eddy deceives his peers into thinking it is still summer so that he can continue his scams. He also misleads his customers with the product he is selling. Instead of selling actual hamburgers, Ed and Eddy cut up car tire and shape it like a hamburger to give off the impression that it is a hamburger.
