Easy chicken and sweet corn
Easy chicken and sweet corn egg drop soup under 15 minutes recipe that you can make at home, better than Chinese restaurant takeout or takeaway food. This Chinese style sweet corn chicken soup is so hearty and quick to make, perfect for easy dinner and especially when you are sick or not feeling too well.
Ingredients:
Chicken breast boiled until cooked
500ml chicken stock
1 can of creamed corn
1tsp soy sauce
tsp Chinese Cooking Wine (or Mirin)
Minced ginger
Minced garlic
Salt & pepper to taste
1tbsp corn starch or corn flour
1 egg whisked
