Egglife Wraps

These are surprisingly good. I was afraid that they wouldn't be resilient enough to handle "pokey" foods, but they held up as good or better than some tortillas. I also used these later to make soft tacos and burritos and they were even better than with the cold sandwich wrap.

There's definitely a tiny bit of egg flavor and some of that xanthan gum...gumminess. That might put some folks off, but I certainly don't mind it. Definitely worth trying out if you can't find/don't like low carb tortillas.
