How to make plain Biryani
How to make plain Biryani or Kuska rice recipe?
INGREDIENTS:
basmati rice - 1 cup
Water - 1 1/2 cups
Ghee – few drops
To saute
Cooking oil - 2 tbsp
Cinnamom - 1 small piece
Cloves - 1 no
Bayleaf - 1 no
Kalpasi/black stone flower – 1/2 tsp
Cardamom - 1 no
Ginger - 2 tsp
Garlic - 5 sliced
Big onion - 1 no
Tomato - 1/2 no
Green chillies - 2 nos
Red chilli powder – 1/2 - 1 tsp (adjust)
Dhania powder - 1/2 tsp
Curd – 1 tbsp
Mint leaves – pinch (chopped)
Coriander leaves - 2 stalks (chopped)
Method;
Wash the basmathi rice and soak rice in 15 minuttes.
in small onion, green chili, ginger, garlic, mint leaves grind well.
Heat the cooker 2 tsp ghee and tsp oil . add the cinnamon,, cloves, chardamoms, pattai, caraway seeds.
then add sliced onions. saute the onions on a medium flame. add tomato saute for a minute. and add past, courd and mix very well. add pasmathi rice.
Now Add 1 1/2 cup water and mix well. cover the cooker keep the low flame for one wishtle.
Now plainbiryani is ready. its very tasty.
