Michael Penix Jr. threw for 450 yards and five touchdowns on 29-of-40 pass attempts to lead Washington over Boise State by a final score of 56-19 on Saturday, Sept. 2 in Seattle. Penix Jr. totaled his 5th career game of 400 passing yards and also tied a career-high in passing touchdowns (5).
