Kira survived. Yegor comes to Anna for a visit. For him, she is now the only person embodying devotion, honesty and kindness. They begin to trust each other. Mila and Kostya come back home where Seryozha is waiting for them. Mila tells him to go away, but Kostya informs him where he can find Kira. Kostya comes to Kira, but she doesn’t want to see him. Having chased her boyfriend away, Kira attempts a suicide… 1990. Yegor keeps courting Anna. Yegor asks Anya to go with him to see his family off to Israel and pose as his girlfriend. Kostya starts an affair with Mila’s friend Olya. Mila is pregnant from Tomasz and tells Olya about it. Tomasz tries to persuade Mila to have an abortion, but she refuses. Olya is going to tell Kostya the truth about Mila, hoping they’ll start living together.
