Is the Elegoo Neptune 4 Plus 3D Printer Worth it for Beginners?

The Elegoo Neptune 4 family of printers are very popular due to their affordability and notoriety. But are they recommended as someone's first 3D printer? This is my experience with the Elegoo Neptune 4 Plus.
