This video shows the bonus mission that can be found in the Villain Trophy Room. This mission is called Arkham Asylum and requires you to find every stud to complete the mission. There are a total of 1,000,000 worth of studs in this mission. I believe this final mission unlocks when you collect every minikit in the 15 villain missions.
