AFTER you pass your UBC exam, you will require to take an Applied Practice Course as a final step (cost $875) which will take 2 weeks and 2 days to complete. After completing this course you will receive a temporary license and start selling and buying real estate.
The course includes online components, face-to-face zoom classroom time, and field assignments that learners complete while working in your brokerage.
You will spend two weeks in the course before you are licensed and a further 4.5 months completing both classroom and practical field assignment components
