The Road from Chaldea: Serving a Refugee Community

The Chaldean people are an ethnic minority group largely from Iraq and Syria.  Many of them were forced to flee the war and violence in their home countries, and have found refuge in the community of El Cajon, outside of San Diego, CA.  

But life as a refugee in a new and different culture is fraught with challenges large and small - so The Salvation Army is there to help.

Share Change is an initiative of the The Salvation Army USA Western Territory that produces video content infused with messages of transformation and hope, designed to empower individuals to share the Gospel message with others via online and social networking platforms. Share Change aims to reach beyond traditional means of influence in order to tell the world about the physical, emotional and spiritual healing to be found in a relationship with Jesus Christ.
