Ingredients:
dark chocolate mousse
150g chocolate (60% or 70% cacao)
400ml heavy cream (1 2/3 cup)
3 large egg whites
30g sugar (1 tbsp)
1 tbsp vanilla extract
white chocolate mousse:
200g white chocolate
300ml heavy cream (split in 100ml + 200ml)
2 large egg yolks
30g sugar (1 tbsp)
crumble:
2 cups cinnamon toast crunch cereal
3 tbsp hazelnut spread (such as Nutella or you can make my homemade spread by clicking here: How to make Homemade Nutella - Hazeln... )
