About Video:-
a force is being applied from above this tire which is called radial force and this force is being applied by the weight of the vehicle.
at the time of drifting, the tire will try to run away from the vehicle and this force is called axial force which is currently acting on this tire with full power.
bearings handle the radial and axial forces available in the vehicle.
bearing is placed between two bodies where one body moves fast and the other remains at rest.
so the bearing reduces the friction here, balances it mechanically, and handles its load.
bearings are of multiple types like ball bearings, roller bearings, fluid bearings, plain bearings which are used at different places according to different types of load and speed applications.
high-load applications such as steam turbine ship's propulsion system use fluid bearings, also called journal bearings, which operate at high speeds and also control vibrations.
ball bearings are for normal-speed operation and roller bearings have a high load-carrying capacity
