Aussie Smashed Burger

Today on GAB, we cook the original Aussie Smashed Works Burger!! That's right, the "smash" burger has been around since Noah as a boy. I remember going to the corner fish n chip shop and getting $2 worth of chips and the good old WORKS BURGER! They would always had a small ball of fatty mince and would smash the shit out of it on the stainless steel cook top. Fast forward 30 odd years and its become the new BBQ craze!? So today, I'm sharing my version of this new fandangled smash burger craze in our traditional Aussie style!.
