Are you craving for something sweet? Well, then check this Filipino dessert that sure is yummy. With its different complementing ingredients, you should definitely give this recipe a try!

Here are the ingredients:
3/4 cup glutinous rice flour
1 small sweet potato (diced)
4 pieces saba banana (sliced)
1/2 cup corn (canned or fresh)
1 small gabi/taro root (diced)
6 tbsp white sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1 and 1/2 cup of coconut cream
1/2 cup sago pearls

Procedure:

For the sago pearls: Cook the sago pearls according to the instructions on the packaging.

For the bilo bilo: Add the water to the glutinous rice flour and mix until desired consistency. If the consistency of the dough is thick enough, knead it with you hands. Then, start forming it into small balls.

1. Start by boiling two cups of water in a pot and putting in the gabi/taro root and sweet potato inside. Cook both for 7-10 minutes in the boiling water.
2. After cooking the gabi/taro root and the sweet potato, add in the bananas, corn, and bilo bilo.
3. Once the water evaporates, add the coconut cream. Then, the sugar and mix thoroughly.
4. Now, add the sago pearls and the vanilla extract.
5. Finally, add the evaporated milk. Let simmer until the sauce thickens.
