If you want to delete subscribers on either the new YouTube channel layout or on the old YouTube channel layout, go to your Subscribers page.
Now choose the subscriber you wish to delete/remove.
Scroll down to their username.
Click on the dropdown, and select "Block User".

If you want to delete a subscriber on the new YouTube channel layout, click on "About" on their channel.
Click the flag dropdown, select "Block User".
