Dollar Tree Clothes Pin Wreath

I love this country wreath.  I used all Dollar Tree items (except paint):              3 packs of clothes pin  (78), 14 in wire wreath frame, a wire waste bin, welcome sign from garden decor, burlap ribbon and nautical rope.
I painted the clothes pins with Waverly chalk paint (truffle, fawn, and lagoon).
