子安 武人 x ディオ同じ声 Dio in another anime by Takehito Koyasu

Dio Brando is one of the main characters in the Jojo Bizarre Adventure anime series. He is known for his strong character with deep smooth voice. Dio is voiced by Takehito Koyasu, one of the well-known voice actors with up to few hundreds anime characters.  Takehito Koyasu has this unique deep man voice that not many voices actor would have.  On top of his voice character roles, he also created a manga and anime series called as Weiß Kreuz and also voiced as the main character in that show.
