FOCUSES
1. Rotate around of each other at all times
2. Hit low shuttles towards each other
3. Keep the racket up at all time!

DESCRIPTION
This exercise is meant to practice your ability to work together by rotating and moving around together. The exercise develop good habits for your doubles by keeping the racket up high, and that you never are standing still - you always move with low gravity. Double rotation is considered nessecary to improve your game.  

Feeding: 1 shuttles. The feeder Is dynamic and moves between the forehand and the backhand side, and focus on the high elbow. Feeding low shuttles all the time - no variations.
Repeats: Do this exercise for 2 minutes and do a couple of turn each. Otherwise, you can agree about a certain amount of mistake and then change.
Players: 3 players.
