In this video, we will be making a dry red wine from frozen grapes.   The frozen grapes that we are using are Sangiovese from Carneros (Sonoma, California) which were supplied by Brehm Vineyards and grown by Santa Giordano Vineyards.  By making wine from frozen grapes, you will not need to use a crusher destemmer.   The grapes are already crushed and destemmed when they arrive.  We will cover all the way from getting the fermentation started to pressing to beginning the aging process if this red wine.
