You're the most natural and true to yourself when you're not consciously thinking about who you are as a person. This carries over to your shopping habits, which are a big function of determining your Energy Type. There are different behavior tendencies that come instinctually from your true nature that are very apparent when shopping.
We each move through the world in a unique way that's expressed through one of 4 Energy Types. Your Energy Type is the underlying deep movement that is in your being and comes out through your personality. It shows up in your behavior tendencies, in your thoughts and feelings, and in the characteristics and tendencies on how you approach the world.
Type 1 Energy is naturally buoyant with a random like quality to its movement. Type 1 women love new experiences and possibilities, which shopping can provide. But sometimes, there are so many possibilities that it can be inundating and overwhelming which creates a heavy, foggy feeling that can prevent good decision-making.
