Advice to 20-29 Year Old Footballers

Hey guys its Nick here. Having never been signed to a professional club, my own advice shouldn't be compared to a seasoned pro if that is where you want your ambition to go.
But there are dozens of guys I've met like Eric here that are 17, 18 year old.. but usually they're 20-something and stuck on where to go next because of things that happened in the past. And I'm not just talking about football..
I have been through my own journey which is far from reaching its conclusion. Like anyone trying to make it to the top I've had failures, doubts and regrets.. but that shouldn't make you stop and keep striving for more.
I may not have all the answers but when I speak for the effective fam - I talk for all of us that are going through this journey on their pursuit to be great in what they want to be great in.
