Many who visit the Battle of Gettysburg sites don't realize that when you are standing in the town, you are actually standing on the battlefield. The town of Gettysburg still bears the scars of the fighting that took place from July 1-3, 1863. In this episode, we're following Tim Smith of the Adams County Historical Society as he takes us through the town of Gettysburg to see what the people endured during those hot, July days in 1863.
