Azize, (Melek) is deeply shaken by the news of her father’s death on her birthday, who was a commissioner. The little girl after losing her father, also loses her pregnant mother while giving birth to her sibling, condemning her to a difficult struggle. Working as a nurse in a hospital, Azize goes to the prison on the vaccination day for prisoners and witnesses an assassination outside the prison.
Due to the death of Azize's father, who was a commissioner, the eldest son of the prominent Alpan crime family, Balkan, is about to be released from prison. Simultaneously, Azize is at the prison for the vaccinations to the victims. The assassination is targeted at the Alpan family, but instead of Balkan, it is the younger son, Kartal, who gets shot. Azize intervenes and saves Kartal's life.
Azize is thus forced to enter the world of one of the most dangerous crime families. The internal conflict among the Alpan family becomes even more dangerous with Balkan’s release. Years ago, the Alpan family was ambushed due to intelligence received during a delivery, and Azize's father, a commissioner, was killed in that raid. Okan, a colleague of her father, is responsible for both protecting and hiding Azize from the Alpan family. In response to her father's death and the troubles her family has faced, Azize triggers a secret and significant war against the Alpan family.
