Can I Fix a BROKEN OptiPlex I Bought on eBay?

Hello there and welcome to my video. In this video, I'll be doing my best to fix a Dell Optiplex 7050 that I bought off of eBay for 80 dollars. According to the seller, this computer has an Intel Core i7 7700 and turns off after being turned on.
