This is an Easy Do It Yourself 2 ingredient homemade vegan probiotic yogurt that takes 5 minutes to make (plus 24-48 hour of culturing). It’s cheap too!

This recipe is easy to make and healthy for you and those you love. Remember, Gut Health is so important.

                                               -------Things to consider-------
-The milk used has to be in aseptic packaging (not the refrigerated kind but the ones that are shelf stable).
-Once you open the milk it must be used right away. (If you use it days after opening you might culture some funky yogurt lol).
-Make sure you have good probiotics. I know the ones I use have worked for me. The ones I had before took longer.
-After culturing your probiotics place your yummy yogurt in the refrigerator. It lasts for nearly 2 weeks (Our family doesn't usually let it go that long).
