Mutton Nihari || Purani dilli jama masjid ki famous Nahari

Recipe -
mutton 1/2 kg
sliced onion(kati hui pyaaz) 2
cloves(long) 3
green cardamom(hari elaichi) 2
Nihari masala  1 tbsp and 1 tsp
chopped tomatoes(kate hue tamatar) 2 (optional)
red chilli powder(lal mirch powder) 1/4 tsp
coriander powder(dhania powder) 1 tsp
wheat( aata) 2 tbsp
water 750 ml
garam masala,sliced ginger,fried onions for garnishing
