Hey guys in today's lesson we will go over the most optimal release concept. Every golfer wants a strong impact so naturally everyone holds the club very tightly in effort to create speed towards the ball. The problem is whenever we try to do all these great movements we actually start scooping at impact. So in today's lesson video I will show my client how to stay relaxed through the impact zone and I'll show you guys when to use our strength and when to relax for optimal results.
