African Shamanic Dreamwork

John talks briefly about his upcoming 7-week African Shamanic Dreamwork course with the Shift network. Dreams have the power to connect us to the world of magic, mystery and immortality.

Sangomas receive guiance (through dreams and trance) from ancestors in the spirit world, in order to heal and guide the community. Sangomas are South African Shamans, meaning seers, dreamers or prophets -- the traditional healers of Africa.
