Ingredients:
2 courgettes (600g)
2 onions
2 cloves of garlic
250 g flour
1 bunch cherry tomatoes (halved)
100 g almond protein
1 teaspoon Italian herbs
Salt pepper
2 tbsp oil for baking

1. Grate zucchini, cut onions, press garlic
2. Put everything in a large bowl & stir in the remaining ingredients
3. Spread the dough on a baking sheet, drizzle with oil & cook for 30 min (180 degrees / fan oven)
4. Let cool completely and enjoy!
