Ingridients :

Basamati Rice : 1 glass ( without soak)
Onion - 1 medium size ( sliced)
Green Chilli - 3
Fresh Peas - 150gms

For seasoning
Cumin Seeds - 1/2 tbsn
Green Cardomon - 2
Black Cardomon - 1
bay leaf - 2 small
cloves - 3
mace - 1
Star anis - 1

Ghee - 2 to 3 tbsn
Cashews - 8 to 10
Coriender leaves - 1/4 cup ( chopped finely)
Salt to taste
Water - 1 rice ( without soaked in water ) = 2 glass water


Method

1). In a pan add ghee & let it heat.
2). Once The ghee is heated add whole spices fry for a minute.
3). Now add sliced onion with split green chilli saute for 1minut now add cashews fry for minute till onions become light gold color.
4). now add fresh peas mix it & fry for 2-3 .minuts on medium flame till peas become a soft.
5). Now add soaked rice strained all water , mix it..increase the flamec to medium and fry the rice forc1mits.
6).  add water 2glass of water mix it add salt to taste stir it.
7). now cover the pan & cook it for 7 to 8 mints for medium flame, after 7mits open the lid & stir it.
8). now reduce the flame medium to low flame close the lid cook for 7- 8 mints , after 8mits you check the rice....niw cook for More 4mits on low flame..
9). now check the rice & turn of the flame & close the leave it for 5mits for dum..
Ready to serve ...enjoy with raita or pudina chutney...
