In this video, I’m going to answer a very common question. Can green powder act as a vegetable alternative or salad replacement? The answer is no! Green powders enhance, but they do not replace.

Some green powders are made using high heat, which destroys the enzymes.

Try to find vegetables or leafy greens that you like so you get plenty of the important vitamins and minerals found in vegetables.
