Ingredients材料:
120g Cream cracker biscuits, finely crushed (梳打饼干碎)
75g/ 1/3 cup butter (牛油)
500g/18 oz cream cheese (奶油芝士)
75g/1/3 cup caster sugar (细砂糖)
150g/2/3 cup dairy whipping cream (动物性鲜奶油)
4 egg yolks (蛋黄)
65g/1/2 cupplain flour (普通面粉)
30g/1/3 cup corn flour (玉米粉)
4 egg whites (蛋白)
1 tbsp lemon juice (柠檬汁)
75g/1/3 cup caster sugar (幼糖)
2 tbsp cocoa powder (可可粉)
Bake in water bath at 150°C for 90 minutes.
用水浴法,以150°C烤90分钟。
