How Jobs Are Categorized | Jordan B Peterson

The simplest conceptual scheme to categorize jobs is a two-by-two matrix: There are simple jobs and complex jobs. A simple job is defined by repetition, and the best predictor for job success is conscientiousness. A complex job demands change on a regular basis; the best predictors for job success are IQ and conscientiousness.
