Radiant streak method of isolation | Microbiology Part 6

the radiant streak plate method is a technique of isolation of pure culture of the microorganisms (mostly bacteria), from a mixed population. The inoculum is streaked over the agar surface in a radial direction so that bacterial cell density gets diluted and we get isolated colonies.
