Do you feel bloated?  Here is a quick natural home remedy to reduce bloated stomach pain, gas with a simple herbal tea ready in 10 mins, healthy and easy to make at home.  If you gas and belly bloating this remedy is the right one for you.

Anti bloating tea ingredients:
1 1/2 cup water
1/2 inch chopped ginger
1 small cinnamon stick
2 green cardamoms
1/4 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp fennel seeds
Cook all the ingredients and reduce to 1 cup. Strain and add 1 tsp of lemon juice and drink warm.
