Remaking the SHACK BURGER

I've fallen in love with Shake Shack and their smash patties each and every single time I've had them overseas, they are my favourite smash burgers besides my own. So I figured it was time to show them some love and remake their burgers with this recipe!

Shack Sauce:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons ketchup
2 tablespoons yellow mustard
2 tablespoons finely diced dill pickle
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Burger:
Coral lettuce
Martin's potato roll (4 inch)
Tomato
80/20 mince (around 120 grams per patty)
American cheddar
