Edappal Child Molestation: Widespread Anger Against Police| Mathrubhumi News

Malappuram: The people are angry with the police for taking no action against the child molester in Edappal for two weeks. Opposition leader Ramesh Chennithala demanded stringent action against the police officials concerned. Minister KK Shailaja said that action would be taken against those officials who made lapses. The state women's panel directed the government to bring the guilty to the book while state human rights commission ordered an inquiry against the police in connection with the incident.
