Medical School - Vasopressors & Inotropes: Intro and Dopamine

Introduction to vasopressors with s specific discussion of dopamine.  Future discussions will cover other vasopressors and their mechanisms ending with a patient case at the end of the series.  Vasopressors are medications that we generally give in critical situations when a patient's own physiological response cannot compensate for low blood  pressures.
